Features & Performance
I used a similar product from Etekcity a few months ago but it didn’t meet my expectation. That was just a small pad with simple nodes and it was so difficult to place and hold it in the right position. The GIM massager has some improvements that make the product much easier to use. Notably, it comes with arm straps on the 2 sides that help you to keep the massaging pad in place. This is particularly useful when you want to apply pressure on your neck or your back. The part is made of PU leatherette, so it is sweat resistant.
Under the 3D mesh fabric, there are two rotating pieces with 2 big nodes and 6 small nodes on each. The modules can rotate in 2 directions.
All control buttons are placed on the left strap. Here, you can turn on/off the massager, change rotating direction, change the speed, and turn on/off heating. The product requires plugging in since it doesn’t have a built-in battery. Inside the box, you can find a car adapter so that you can use it in your car as well. It features 15-minute auto shut-off and overheat protection, so it’s pretty safe to use.
I love that the massager can be used on different parts of our bodies, like neck, shoulder, back, waist, foot, or leg. Of course, it can’t massage all parts at the same time, like a massage chair, but the product has done a great job at a fraction of the cost. I place it on my sofa and really enjoy using it to relax muscle stress and fatigue, especially on my neck and shoulder.
