Among the 4 new iPhone versions announced in 2021, the iPhone 13 Mini is the smallest and the most affordable one. Pricing of the Mini ranges from $729 for the 128GB option to $1,029 for the 512GB. The prices could drop to $699-$999 if you buy at full price through a carrier.
As compared to its predecessor, the iPhone 13 Mini is all about refinements as it has almost the same design. There are just a few minor changes like a 20% smaller notch and diagonal arrangement of the 2 cameras on the back. Of course, the iPhone 13 Mini is missing some pro features like high 120Hz refresh rate, Apple ProRes and ProRAW support, macro photography and a telephoto lens. However, it is still a powerhouse with A15 Bionic, a brighter 5.4-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display, longer battery life, doubled base storage, and the best 5G connectivity. The dual camera system is also upgraded with a bigger wide sensor with an f/1.6 aperture and an ultrawide camera with an f/2.4 aperture. Sensor-shift OIS is also added to the wide camera. Besides, you can use the new computational photography and videography features like Cinematic mode, Photographic Styles, or Smart HDR 4.

Greetings, so my question. I’m a resident here in the US (California). Is there an iphone mini model that works here and can still be used in Mainland China? I’m a little confused. I’m reading you can but really you can’t because of the e-sim (not compatible in Mainland China). So is really possible to get an iphone mini that works in both countries? And do I need to specify the model number when doing so? And if so, which model will be suitable? Thank you for your time.
