The new Nexus 7 tablet from Google is expected to be released anytime soon and we have received news that a site is showing a picture of an Asus tablet (codenamed K009) which is considered to be the new Nexus 7 from Google.
Nexus 7 alleged specs
The picture portraits a formal Google Nexus device with no logo or button on the front side of the device (as seen in all of the Nexus devices from Google) it is claimed by the website that this is the new Nexus 7 by Asus. Apparently, the site has also featured some of the specs of the new Nexus 7 which includes 7 inch LED backlit capacitive multi touch screen and QUALCOMM Snapdragon 600 Quad core processor. Of course, this makes total sense considering the trend of the market in which majority of the smartphones are now having the quad core processor.
The site also mentioned about wireless features that are common. But if we would have a hard guess on what will be the specs of the new Nexus 7 based on the above two speculations, then it should have a higher resolution than 1280 x 800, should have the latest Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and a 5 MP front camera. The speculations about the battery are inconsistent. Some sources claims that the battery of the Nexus 7 will be around 3900 mAh while others say about 4000 mAh.
The picture and the recently acclaimed specs seem to get some weight after the recent rumors and we can see the arrival of the next Nexus 7 is imminent. Some critics are saying that Google will be announcing the device around July but majority of the people are going for a September release. The price details are still unknown and we are still to see a clear shot of the device, although the picture we saw on the site is the latest and is the clearest evidence up till now about the new Nexus 7.
