After buying the Tesla Model Y, I mostly charge it at home using the Tesla Mobile Connector. I just plug it to an 120V outlet and it provides enough electricity for my car, so I don’t need to upgrade the charger anytime soon. The only accessory I had to buy was a cable organizer to keep the charger tidy and prevent it from damages. Most cable organizers cost around $20 but I spent a little more for the Spigen Bespoke as I like the brand.
The Spigen Bespoke is made from hard plastic, yet it doesn’t feel cheap. It includes 2 pieces: one to hold the cable and handle, and a bracket for the Connector. It feels durable enough to withstand the weight of the coiled charge cable.
The installation process is super easy for both the holder for the main charge box and the cable holder. The Spigen provides all necessary hardware for installation, including screws and drywall anchors. Make sure you have a power drill for an easier installation process. However, the included self-tapping plastic anchors are poor quality and some of them were broken when I installed on the drywall. So, you probably would need a few extra anchors in case these are broken.
The design is spot-on, with the main charge box fitting perfectly and the slot for the charge handle using a small lip that aligns with the handle’s locking mechanism. This thoughtful design is exactly what I was looking for.
If you use the Tesla Mobile Connector at home, I highly recommend this organizer. It keeps the cable off the ground, neatly wrapped, and securely holds the plug in place. I’ve used the Spigen for 2 months, it still feels sturdy and looks great. It’s not the cheapest organizer available, but the value you get from its quality and design justifies the price.
