The new Samsung Galaxy S4 is the most powerful smartphone I’ve ever used. There is nothing to debate about the performance of this phone, however, I am not really convinced with its design.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 is said to be like nothing you’ve ever seen before, however, it looks just similar to its predecessor, the Galaxy S3. It doesn’t have aluminum unibody design like the HTC One. Instead, its exterior is almost entirely plastic, there is just additional metal stripe covering sides. Probably you don’t like the feeling when holding the phone, so getting a case is a good idea.
I will review some cases for the Galaxy S4 so that you can get the most suitable choice. In the article, I will review the Tech21 Impact Snap Case with Cover for Samsung Galaxy S4.
Thanks MobileFun for providing this case for review.
First, take a look at the Tech21 Impact Snap Case.
This is a highly protective flip case with the d3o technology. The innovative substance will give excellent protection for your Galaxy S4. After snapping on the hard shell polycarbonate case, you can be confident that the phone will be protected from most bumps and drops. It also has cutouts for all buttons and features of the Galaxy S4, including volume rocker, lock switch and camera lens.
The Impact Snap with Cover is advertised to be remarkable thin, however, I see it is adding significant thickness to the Galaxy S4 and it looks quite bulky.
If you are looking for a protective case to protect your Galaxy S4, this is the one you need. However, you will have to sacrifice the thinness of your device, this is not the case that can make your phone more beautiful.
In my opinion, I won’t use a thick protective case for the Galaxy S4 because it already features the strong Gorilla Glass 3 and replaceable casing. A thin case without cover could be more suitable for the phone. This is just my view, what do you think about the case?
